Let's get straight to the point. You are here because you want something that's going to give you the results you've been looking for. How about a 12 Week Guide to the Gym that's going to help you create those quads you've been dying for, a plan that's going to help GUIDE you through your workouts & something that tells you exactly what to do?
This is a NO BULLSHIT fitness plan. You're going to see physical changes after 3 weeks of this program if you follow it to a T! This is for those who are willing to sacrifice time and pleasure in order to see success.
I'm also providing you with personalized macros based off personal info via email once you purchase! You will need to check in with me voluntarily every Sunday so we are both on the same page of where you're at in your journey. If needed, I will either decrease, increase or keep your macros the same depending on your progress and goals.
I also include an exercise dictionary that explains each movement so you're NOT feeling lost in the gym! If you have questions on what a movement looks like, please reach out as I am at your finger tips for these next 12 weeks.
This is a 4-5 day workout split fitness plan. This means that your week will be split up by upper and lower body days (push, pull).
You WILL feel more confident in the gym or wherever you are training and in the kitchen after using this program. You WILL feel more prepared when it comes to reaching your personal goals (fat loss or muscle gains). You WILL succeed in this program. It's easy to follow, but YOU need to put in the work in order to see results!
