This 3 Week Get Fit Mini Coaching Program will set you up with success.
You will have 1:1 time with me for 3 WHOLE weeks, a community filled with other women continuing their journey, a meal plan full of nutrient dense foods with alternatives, 3 weeks jam packed with bodybuilding workouts (upper body push/pull, lower body push/pull) optional HIIT cardio (body weight, limited equipment, track or machine) & constant encouragement from me with extra accountability by constantly reaching out to this community via facebook group. This will allow you to ask questions, post pictures of your meal or #sweatyselfies & just be 110% engaged with this program so you get the best results and to CONTINUE to get results!
